The first thing I was surprised through participating in Taiwan Creative Week was that the members of several projects that won the Grand Prix this year in Cannes Lions were all together. In addition, top players gathered from various fields beyond advertising / marketing, and the collaboration with them became a valuable experience for myself as well. Those worldwide members served as judges of the Innovation Competition. The members are quality comparable to the jury panel of Cannes Innovation Lion. In the judging and workshop, active discussions with young talents from Taiwan were exchanged, and opportunities for individual advice and mentoring were established even after the review. It is amazing that they can realize the opportunity to experience the quality of Cannes Lions firmly in Taiwan, far from a big market. Taiwan is an excellent model for Japan and other Asian countries in maximizing the value of Cannes Lions and Spikes. There is no doubt that Taiwan Creative Week will greatly contribute to the future of creativity in Taiwan and the Asian region.
