寶君的爸爸擅長廚藝，小寶君從小在廚房與父親度過許多親密時光，自己也成為烹調高手。寶君大學主修廣告，1999 年來從事廣告工作，其間常常修長假。2012-13 年間，寶君和姊姊在屏東開了兩年的咖啡館。2014 年重回廣告業。當時她接到的重要工作之一是統一麵。
寶君創造了小時光麵館，前後設計了共 12 道菜。其中 10 道成為後來品牌影片與實體麵館的基礎。小時光麵館至今獲得包括亞洲創意獎年度大獎，坎城金獅獎，坎城銀獅獎在內九十多個國際與國內獎項。
Nicole's father has been the one who cooks for the family. Young Nicole enjoyed much intimate time in the kitchen with her father and became an able cook herself. She studied advertising in university, started working in advertising on and off since 1999. Took many long vacations in between, had a coffee shop with her sister in one of the southern cities in Taiwan between 2012 and 2013, went back to advertising in 2014 and joined ADK Taiwan. One of the first major clients came to her at that time was Uni-President Instant Noodles.
Nicole created the House of Little Moments, designed in total 12 noodle dishes which became 10 branded videos and a real life noodle house. The House of Little Moment's have so far won a Spikes Asia Grand Prix, a Silver Lion, a Gold Lion, and another 90 local and international awards.
Is the owner of the House of Little Moments takes after Nicole's father in any way? Maybe, because he has the same subtle ways Nicole's father observes his children and expresses his care through the dishes. But he is also a mirror image of Nicole herself. A seemly distant by-stander who nevertheless is not afraid to offer a bowl of warm soup noodles when the situation presents itself.

Nicole says: the cooking process is really similar to the creative process.
For example, stir fry needs big fire, it's like a short video, you need to quickly get the dish done.
Stew takes time, as much as it takes time to “cook” a film or even a creator.
Table setting or presentation of dishes of coures is an art direction craft.
And so forth.
