服務過Motorola、統一、7-11、屈臣氏、SONY、eBay、白蘭氏、GSK、遠傳電信、騰訊、國泰金控、賓士、Nike、孔雀餅乾、Yahoo!、味丹多喝水、全聯福利中心等客戶，其中又以長期合作的多喝水及全聯歷年作品為知名代表作，曾獲台灣4A、時報華文、中國4A和龍璽的全場大獎，以及紐約、倫敦、Clio、ONE SHOW、坎城等國際獎項肯定 。 並且於2016年贏得台灣史上第一座 One Show 金鉛筆殊榮 。
Giant Kung graduated from the Fu Jen Catholic University Department of Advertising & Public Relations. In 2001 he joined Ogilvy & Mather Taiwan, serving as copywriter, senior copywriter, associate creative director, creative director, and group creative director. In July 2014 he was promoted to Executive Creative Director. To date, he has 16 years of experience in the advertising industry.
He has served a host of clients, including Motorola, Uni-President Enterprises, 7-11, Watsons, Sony, eBay, Brand's, GSK, Far EasTone, Tencent, Cathay Financial Holdings, Mercedes-Benz, Nike, Peacock Biscuits, Yahoo!, Vedan More Water, and Px Mart. Some of his most representative works have arisen from his long-term collaborations with More Water and Px Mart, yielding creative campaigns famous among the Taiwanese public.
His work has been lauded with the grand prix at such advertising competitions as AAAA Taiwan, Times Asia-Pacific, AAAA China, and Longxi, and he has also won honors at such international competitions as New York Festivals, London International Awards, Clio, One Show, and Cannes Lions. Giant has received the distinction of a One Show Gold Pencil, the first Gold Pencil to be won by anyone in Taiwan.
In addition to his work as an advertising creative, Giant has directed commercial films, music videos and short films, has written a magazine column, and currently serves as a lecturer in the Fu Jen Catholic University advertising program. He is the author of two books, I Am Running (2013) and When Creative Met Creativity (2015).
