2019 年 坎城 Innovation Lions 科技創新獎評審

Zélia 原籍法國,能用 3.5 個語言如水手般流利地罵人。她在法國代理商 Casus Belli 入行,之後搬到倫敦,領導 Amazon 的跨歐廣告。她在 2013 年搬到瑞典,由瑞典與 Deloitte Digital 系統中的全球創意人一起工作。她最近一次搬家,是搬到東京,目前在時尚電商平台 Virtusize 設計未來時尚科技。Zélia 領導過由 2 人到 20 人的創意團隊,擔當過的職銜包括創意總監、創意與設計總監、體驗總監、以及設計合夥人等。

Zélia 曾擔任坎城創意節行動創意獎評審,歐洲創意節數位技術、互動與行動創意獎評審團主席,以及中東創意節直效、互動與創新創意獎評審。

在家居生活中, Zélia 是個小女孩的母親,這讓她會一直追求成長。她也是貓奴,玩電腦遊戲,大量閱讀,並學習新語言。

Zélia 在 2019 年台灣創意週將進行開幕演說,主題是「創新是個要玩很久的遊戲:來自坎城創意節的趨勢,以及,為何代理商在驅動創新上必須異常努力」,分享 2019 年坎城科技創新獎評審中,引發評審激辯的主題,檢視驅動創先產品和想法的力量,並理解為何有些代理商必須異常努力才能進行創新。

Zélia is currently redesigning the agency model, by combining data and user centricity, to create products and services people actually want and care about. She has been leading teams of all sizes and shapes (from 2 to 20 people), under a variety of titles ranging from Creative Director, Head of creative and design, Head of Experience, Partner (Design) .

She helps clients figuring out what the most creative and efficient solution to their problems are. Her skills range from facilitation, design, strategy to simply taking decisions others don't dare to take.

She has designed a variety of products in the past, but enjoys designing organiations and processes the most. 

She's been Presiding the Digital Craft, Interactive and Mobile jury at Eurobest as well as part of the Cannes Lions mobile jury, Guldägget interactive and the Dubai Direct, interactive and innovation Lynx.

She has been speaking on international stages at Eurobest, the ADCe Festival of Creativity, the Future Days, Front and United and soon at the Nordic Davos, Åre Business Forum.

She started her career about 10 years ago, at the French agency Casus Belli, before calling London home and leading some pan-european advertisement campaigns at Amazon. She moved to Sweden in 2013, and has worked globally across the Deloitte Digital network. Her most recent move was to Tokyo in 2018, where she works across the APAC region. 

During that time, she's been working with customers ranging from Samsung, Volvo or Electrolux to Jean-Paul Gaultier and Cartoon Network. She has earned her marks around mobile experiences, collecting a variety of awards ranging from MMA Smarties, Grand Prix Stratégies or Grand Prix du Brand content. 

As a French native, she's got the ability to swear like a well-educated sailor in three and a half languages and is a worthy opponent at Cards against Humanity.

At home, Zélia is a mother of a young girl, that pushes her to get better. She has a cat, plays video games, reads a lot, and learns new languages.

Creative director focused on creating next generation customer experiences. Currently designing the future of fashion tech at Virtusize. Obsessing about using data science to inform design decisions, while retaining empathy (breaking news: it’s not easy...)

I have led teams of all sizes and shapes in environments ranging from tech giants, startups, consulting firms, advertising agencies and digital agencies. My roles have often been regional, spanning up to 4 countries. Yet my teams still call me Mom.

I have been Presiding the Digital Craft, Interactive and Mobile jury at Eurobest, as well as been part of the Cannes Lions innovation and mobile jury, Guldägget interactive jury and the Dubai Direct, interactive and innovation Lynx jury.

Speaker on international stages such as Eurobest, the ADCe Festival of Creativity, Future Days, Front End United, the ADC creative week, Vuoden Huiput and the Nordic Davos, Åre Business Forum. I use my voice to promote diversity in the creative industry and to encourage human-centric innovation.

Active member of various steering committees and lecturer at Hyper Island, a school dubbed the "Digital Harvard". Board member of the Pi school of creativity Creative Incubator. I teach about sustainable creative careers, and business mindsets.

As a French native, I have got the ability to swear like a well-educated sailor in three and a half languages and am a worthy opponent at Cards against Humanity.
